By accessing or using Westpark (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Westpark is operated by Westpark LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and is available at westpark.app.
Westpark provides crowd-sourced parking predictions for downtown Westport, CT. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the Service in good faith, including submitting honest and accurate parking condition reports. You may not use the Service to submit false or misleading reports, spam, or any content that is abusive, harmful, or illegal.
When you submit a parking condition report (including condition status, optional comments, and associated metadata), you grant Westpark a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, aggregate, and analyze that content to improve the Service. Reports may be used in anonymized, aggregated form for research, product improvement, and machine learning model training. You retain ownership of any identifiable content you submit and may request its deletion at any time by contacting us.
Westpark provides parking predictions based on community reports, weather data, calendar events, and algorithmic modeling. These predictions are estimates, not guarantees. We do not guarantee the availability of any parking space. We are not responsible for parking tickets, towing, vehicle damage, or any other consequence of relying on our predictions. Always observe posted signs, time limits, and local parking regulations.
You may create an account with a first name and email address. Points earned through reports and referrals have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed, transferred, or exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to modify point values, titles, and the gamification system at any time. Accounts that submit fraudulent reports may have their points revoked and their reporting privileges suspended.
The Westpark name, logo, design, and all associated software, content, and materials are the property of the operator and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without written permission.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described therein.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed $50.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will note the effective date at the top of this page.
